Domestic sales: besides the domestic sales of the products made by ourselves. Taking advantage of the established domestic sales network, in 2007, we started to sell high quality foreign made tools in China . we looking forward to enlarging this line with foreign partners.

In-House Quality control:
Besides the running ISO9001 QC system, West Manufacturing Co.,Ltd have state-certified testing lab covering most of the mechanical testing, optical testing and material
chemical testing. It ensures all the raw material we bought and final products we shipped are under controlling Pre-shipment-inspection:
All products(both the products we made and the products under our trading range) are going to be finally inspected in our Shanghai warehouse before shipment. Our wellbr
experienced inspector /engineers team in Shanghai also conducts independent inspection on behalf of our customers abroad.
Warranty:
We are conducting “one-year-gurantee” policy. We would replace or refund for all possible defective products due to workmanship or raw material within 1 year after shipment.

As many of our old customer knows. Since early 1980. We have been supplying cutting tools,measuring tools,tool accessories worldwildely.we are one of the first company in china to do so with the broadest selection of products available at that time . with rapid growth of business, in 1999. we acquired Sichuan West Manufacturing Co.Ltd.—a leading cutting tool factory with 40years history located in JianYan.Sichuan..the acquisitionn solidifies the company’s position as a manufacturing /trading combined company,we started to make more than 60 kinds of Hss and carbon steel metal working and power tool accessories by our own production line. in additional.same year, we established our insepction office in shanghai conducting all PSI (pre-shipment-inspection).this greatly improve the products status when customer get the shipped goods.also.in 2007.the establishment of our second factory_west precision tools works complated.our manufacturing on carbide material tools started in late this year.
